The house Casa Magnolia is perfect for family holidays. No traffic noise or noise annoyed the holidaymakers. Callao Salvaje offers a complete infrastructure with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and other shops within walking distance. To the beach it is only 600m. The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished. Features a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite antenna for the reception of international TV and radio programs. There is also an Essberiech for 4 perosnes. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink. Hair dryer is available. Bed linen, hand- and kitchen towels are available. The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, hot water unit, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
To the outside belongs a large terrace on the Sonnenliegen, umbrella, a seat group and a whirlpool stand. The terrain is not visible and offers much privacy.
