Apartment Pina de Mar is located in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. Beach, restaurants and shops of all kinds can be found within a radius of 1 to 1.5 km. The apartment is country style and well equipped. The living space is 55m² and is divided on kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. The terrace is 33m² and faces south-west. Part of the terrace is covered and provides shade on hot days. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and cooking utensils such as oven, ceran hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, bar mixer, hot water unit, fridge / freezer combination, crockery, etc .. In a separate room next to the kitchen is the washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Bed linen, hand- and kitchen towels are available. In the bedroom there is a double bed with single mattress in the size 2 x90 x 200 cm and large, ceiling-high built-in wardrobes. From the bedroom you can go directly to the terrace. The living room has a sofa bed, TV with SAT antenna and a dining table for 4 persons. From the living area you can go directly to the large terrace.
There are two swimming pools available to guests.
Out of consideration for our non-smoking guests, smoking in the indoor rooms is not permitted.
Price: The daily rent for 2 persons is 90€
Each person will pay 10 € per night. The final cleaning costs once a day rent

Map description:
In Costa Adeje you find excellent beaches, and you can start from the small port Puerto Colon a numerous diving and boat trips. Here the time is slower than in Playa de las Americas. Here you will find everything what you need for a sunny vacation, as pedalos, banana boats, jet Ski and much more. In Adeje you find nearby beaches which are particularly for the family. But even those who want to experience something, will find restaurants, clubs, clothing shops, bars and other stores. A small drawback is, however, that the Canarian culture in these areas, is not what it was anymore. If you do rent a vehicle, it is nevertheless possible to travel around Tenerife to visit the unique landscapes and small Canarian villages and the locals to experience a bit of history.
