Holiday apartment XANADU is located near the beautiful beach of Playa del Duque. The sea can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. A rental car is not necessary. Shops of all kinds, countless restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The beach promenade is fantastically beautiful and invites you to take long walks. The holiday apartment is on the seventh floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is well equipped and guarantees a successful holiday. The 120 square meters of living space are divided into a kitchen, living room, hallway, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, etc. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm. In the second bedroom there are two bunk beds for a total of 4 people, each measuring 90cm x 190cm. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Both bathrooms have a bathtub. One bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The apartment offers a 29 sqm covered terrace with sea view, facing west. The communal pool is on the fifth floor. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
