Holiday apartment La gota del mar is located directly on the coast of Playa San Juan. It is about 30 meters to the sea. The beautiful beach with its small harbor is only 200m away from the apartment. A long promenade invites you to stroll and linger. A rental car is not necessary. All shops, restaurants and bars are just around the corner and can be reached very quickly on foot. There is even a small bar in the same building. The apartment is on the second floor. There is an elevator. The living space is 80m² and is divided into a kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, a hallway, separate toilet and a bathroom.
The kitchen is very well equipped. It has a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes, etc.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and a TV with satellite antenna for receiving German TV programs in digital quality. A dining area offers space for up to four people.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The beds are 135cm x 200cm and 160cm x 200cm.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and a sink with cupboard.
The terrace is covered and also has an awning. It offers enough space to dine or relax outdoors.
An iron, ironing board, towels, bed linen, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner are available to guests. Beach towels must be brought along.
The internet connection via WiFi is free.
Smoking indoors is not permitted out of consideration for non-smoking guests.

The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
