The Amira holiday flat is located in the west of Tenerife in the town of Puerto Santiago. The location of the holiday flat is very convenient. Many restaurants, grocery shops as well as the famous black beach Playa de la Arena are only 1 km away from the flat. The holiday flat has 86m² of living space divided into a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, and other cooking utensils. From the kitchen area you go out onto a small breakfast terrace. Two large trees provide a good privacy screen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV with German satellite channels. Access to Netflix and Prime Video is possible thanks to high-speed WLAN. In addition, there is a desk with 24" monitor where you can connect a notebook and perform remote office as needed. Both bathrooms have bathtubs and thanks to the windows can be well ventilated. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds of 160cm x 200cm and large wardrobes. From the living room, as well as from one of the bedrooms, you walk out onto an 80m² terrace with sea view. In favourable weather conditions, even the neighbouring island of La Gomera can be seen very well. The terrace is partly covered and equipped with sun/view protection. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
Bed linen, towels, a hoover, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
The pool area is very large and planted with greenery.
Guests have a garage parking space at their disposal.
The flat is on the mezzanine floor. A lift is available.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Price: The daily rate for 2 persons is 95€. Each additional person pays 15€ per night. In the period from 1 May to 30 September 2023 the daily rate for 2 persons is 80€. The final cleaning costs one day's rent depending on the number of guests.

Puerto de Santiago is closely knit with the neighbouring towns of Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes. These three towns form the large holiday zone of the west coast of Tenerife and offer 360 days of sunshine a year, with an average temperature of 25 C to 28 C. In the neighbouring town of Playa la Arena you will find the famous black sand beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. The water is clean and clear but sometimes very wild. You should avoid the sea if there are very high waves. Dangerous currents and high waves quickly become a hazard. Visitors who enjoy sports will get their money's worth. Among others, there is a diving school that organises diving tours. Once a year, the municipality organises a diving competition. You can book a trip on a speed dinghy, jet ski ride or scooter, with a stop for swimming or snorkelling. Beautiful guided hiking tours are also offered. The physical well-being is also taken care of. There are numerous restaurants and bars where you can indulge in culinary delights.
