The apartment La Roca on the coast of Callao Salvaje. The residential complex is located directly on the sea in a cul-de-sac. The holiday apartment is on the fourth floor. An elevator is available. The living space of 63sqm is divided into an eat-in kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. A rental car is not necessary. There are many local restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and large fridge freezer. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed as required and a TV with satellite TV for receiving German and other international radio and television programs. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 150 cm x 190 cm. The balcony is covered and faces south. You can enjoy the view of the sea and the pool. A large communal pool is available to holidaymakers, as well as a smaller pool for children. Guests arriving with a rental car can use the free on-site parking lot. A washing machine, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
